  • Check site is live and loading correctly

  • Email support (48-hour response time)

  • Everything in Essential, plus:

  • Up to 8 total hours of updates per month

  • Monthly 30-minute strategy call

If a month's work goes beyond your plan's hours, extra time is billed at €50 per hour, agreed together in advance. Larger projects like full redesigns, ads, or branding are quoted as separate projects.
